Vishwanath Sharanappa Kadi holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the College of Agriculture, Dharwad, under the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. He has professional experience working as a Soil Analyst at the Soil Health Centre, Gangavati, for 15 months. With three years of experience in the development sector, he has been actively associated with the NGO, providing leadership and guidance. His expertise in agricultural science supports community-based livelihood and empowerment initiatives.
Girija
Vice President
Serving as the Vice-President, Girija holds a B.A degree and plays a key role in community program coordination. She works closely with women to build confidence and participation in training activities. Her supportive leadership helps strengthen women’s involvement in decision-making.
Badavadagi Rajeshwari
Secretary
Rajeshwari, the Secretary of the organization, has completed IX Grade education and comes from an agricultural background. She actively supports community mobilization and documentation work. Her field understanding helps connect the organization with women who need support the most.

As the Treasurer with X Grade education and experience as an agriculturist, Savithramma manages financial records with care and transparency. She also helps in organizing training and awareness programs. Her dedication ensures smooth functioning of activities and trust within the community.

Soumya, a Member with PUC education and background as an agriculturist, supports livelihood-related training activities. She motivates women to explore income opportunities in both agriculture and home-based work. Her involvement strengthens program reach at the grassroots level.

As a Member with X Grade education and experience as self-employed, Mardansab assists in community coordination and program logistics. He helps in mobilizing families and arranging local resources. His participation enhances collaboration and outreach.
